I would prefer that my designs are not tradelocked or co-owned, I find these policies odd and somewhat impractical (plus it's hard for me to track who owns my designs). This is just a preference, though, not a hard rule.

Please don't make pornographic material of my feral designs! I don't care what you do with anthros, but keep in mind that I am a minor.

Otherwise I don't really police what my designs are used for. Feel free to alter the design as much as you'd like (so long as I maintain designer credit on sites you post to).

Please don't resell my designs for higher than you paid for them without added worth via personal/commissioned art or literature!

I do CBCs with the following rules: no real people, I will not copy a design 1:1, and I will only do CBCs off of officially publicized media (no one's OCs or small indie project) with the exception of MCYT series.

My turnaround time is generally less than 2 weeks, but I am a full-time university student! Please keep in mind that I'm quite busy.

I tend to sit down and chunk out commissions in one sitting at odd hours (late at night) so I don't send sketches without being asked. I absolutely do not mind having a more communicative process, but by default I will just dissapear at random and return with the finished result. Just request that we have more communication!

Please don't haggle on art prices unless it's a specifically PWYW commission!!

I may use any art you commission from me for self-promotion, which includes but is not limited to: posting the speedpaint to TikTok (I can @ you for character credit if desired, but by default will just say "this is a commission for someone on Discord" etc!), posting the art to my socials, and using it as a commission example. The latter two are non-negotiable, but if you're truly uncomfortable with your character being posted to TikTok, let me know and we can discuss the issue :)

I don't have a specific time of payment sent. On smaller pieces I'll usually ask for payment before delivery and on larger pieces I can do 50/50 payment post-sketch post-completion, but I'm not terribly strict!

I reserve the right to upcharge by as much as 50% if you do not have a proper reference sheet! A proper reference sheet is: at least 1 UNSHADED fullbody that is high enough quality for consistent colorpicking. If your reference sheet isn't fully up-to-date (such as accessories, scars, etc not being present) that is fine, provided that you can provide a visual reference.

Please don't interact if you're under 13.

Don't interact if you're a proshipper, zoophile, all the problematic stuff etc etc (I doubt anyone actually... listens to that, but might as well put it out there?)

I don't keep a formal Blacklist and I don't really do community drama. I won't willingly engage with problematic people but I don't keep tabs on every client's personal life.

I also block liberally. If you're blocked I likely think you're weird or annoying.

Gore, blood, violence, character death, etc.

Suggestive (fine with doing anything that's not overtly NSFW, including kink gear) for ANTHRO art only, not feral.*

Nudity for the sake of reference sheets/non-sexual nudity*

FNaF Animatronic-style of mecha

Feral and Anthro, MLP, Dandy's World, Pokemon, etc.

Non-problematic Yumeships (no child x adult, etc) with an upcharge if I have to design a CBC/"catification"/etc of the canon character. You will be charged for me to draw both characters, regardless.

Sexual NSFW/nudity/etc.

Art that encourages or condones homophobia/transphobia, racism, etc etc.

Art that promotes eating disorders, self-harm, etc. (This doesn't include drawing characters who suffer from EDs or have SH scars!)
