YOU MAY NOT MAKE MY DESIGNS TRADELOCKED.
I think tradelocks are stupid. Priority pings are ok, co-owning, stuff like that, are all fine. But do Not request a tradelock on Any of my designs, please.If a design is uploaded to Toyhou.se, please credit me there instead of with my DA account. It is the same exact username over there.Do not make or purchase NSFW art of any of my designs. I'm a minor.I really don't care what you do with a design once purchased. I believe that if you paid your price for a thing, it should be yours. I will not revoke a design, but I will blacklist you if you're doing weird stuff with my designs.Don't haggle with me on design prices unless I'm actively accepting varied offers.I'd really prefer that my designs are being uploaded to toyhou.se so that I can keep an eye on them if necessary, but it's not a requirement.You may change a design as much as you want. I don't see the point in spending money on a design only to entirely change it, but at the point where I have already been paid, I don't really care. You should still credit me for the original design, though.Don't upsell my designs for more than purchased for without added worth via art/literature.

Art TOS

I have the right to deny any commission request for whatever reason.Most commissions are finished within two weeks, but you have to understand that I do attend school and that real life comes first. I will be communicative.Don't haggle with me on prices unless it's PWYW or specifically stated otherwise.I may use any art you order from me to promote myself, whether it be on my portfolio or as examples for my commissions.I generally follow the process of requesting payment be sent after buyer approves my sketch. 50/50 arrangements can be discussed for larger purchases.

I ACCEPT DEVIANTART POINTS AND USD (Paypal or Venmo)$1 = 100 points for purchases under $20. Over $20 the rate changes to $1 = 90 points.All prices are listed in USD, but these rates apply if you'd prefer to pay in points.
